We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 06-week travel/contract assignment in Warwick, RI.

Job Details

• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
• Weekly Pay Rate: $928 - $1120

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Document patient care, treatment, and observations accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving patients.

Travel & Local Considerations

• Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
