CHS in Connecticut is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fairfield & New Haven Counties. Roles include CNAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and Companions; bilingual Italian/English is required; experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care is highly valued.

You’ll provide daily living assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, hourly, live-in and overnight schedules with

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions

• Bilingual Italian/English Required

• Experience in Dementia and Alzheimer's Care

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy

• Adaptable to new situations and environments

• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations

• A natural at multitasking

• Reliable and ready to work

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a national background check

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks

• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals

• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus for us are caregivers who are:

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment

• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
