Home To Stay Home Care Solutions in Salem City, NJ is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities at home.

This part-time, variable-hour role offers days, evenings, overnights and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and ongoing training to advance care skills and client relationships within a compassionate team setting.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
• Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Provide medication reminders per the client's care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
