Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring CNAs and PCAs to care for clients in the Richmond area. We have opened a new office to cover Richmond and seek compassionate caregivers to join our team.

Base pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling. Eligible employees may access BAYADA’s group medical, dental, and vision plans after meeting hours thresholds. A safe, supportive environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Current PCA certificate from approved institution.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfers with or without lifting devices; ROM exercises.

BAYADA offers CNAs:

• Base Pay: $16 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications
• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for CNA/PCA:
