Job summary

WSI Talent is seeking an entry-level Assembler in Albion, IN, to join our manufacturing team. You will read work orders, select components, and assemble with accuracy on the production line.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. The selected candidate will work full-time on the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm) and receive a $21.45 hourly pay, with potential for growth based on performance and attendance.
