Job Details

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead large-scale testing projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale testing projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across impacted platforms to track multiple milestones and deliverables.
• Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status.
• Create program test summaries and dashboards and present findings to VP and above.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies, identifying appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all testing efforts.
• Triage defects and issues, working closely with development teams and production to prioritize fixes ahead of the next release.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of production and QA testing processes, serving as a point of contact between teams.
• Own and update testing inputs to end‑to‑end project roadmaps, RAID logs, and run program test sync calls.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale testing projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Experience scaling QA teams in fast‑paced, growth‑stage, or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Rally/Jira reporting.
• Ability to produce biweekly/monthly executive leadership updates, including Budget Utilization Reports (BUR), and present to senior leadership including VPs in Finance and Regulatory domains.
