Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Hanover, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home support. We offer flexible scheduling, first and second shifts, and weekly pay to help you balance work and life.

As a caregiver you will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, following each client’s care plan. Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification required; prior home-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in home care and assisting clients with daily living activities is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes and adhere to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.

Your Role

Help clients with their daily needs while promoting their comfort, safety, and independence at home. Depending on the client and assignment, you may assist with:

• Personal care and activities of daily living

• Mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Companionship and emotional support

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed

• Light housekeeping

• Daily routines and other non-medical needs

• Following care plans and communicating client needs or concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
