Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Hull, MA to provide compassionate in-home care with flexible shifts and reliable weekly pay.

We offer first and second shift opportunities, weekday and weekend availability, and flexible scheduling. You will support clients with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, companionship, and light housekeeping tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

What You’ll Do

Support clients with daily activities and provide quality in-home care tailored to their individual needs. Depending on the assignment, you may assist with:

• Personal care and activities of daily living

• Mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Companionship and emotional support

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed

• Light housekeeping

• Daily routines and other non-medical needs

• Following care plans and reporting client needs or concerns
