Restaurant Servers provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring tableside service for our restaurant guests. Knowledge of the food and beverage menus, including recommended offerings and pairings, is critical. Servers must be proactive, engaging, service-oriented, and creative in problem solving. Their primary responsibility is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

What you'll be doing...

• Prepare the restaurant for service by cleaning guest and service spaces and stocking supplies.
• Learn menu details to recommend food and beverages, highlighting specials.
• Accurately take and detail each order to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate special requests and resolve challenges collaboratively.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies during and after shifts.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with restaurant standards.
• Know and communicate emergency procedures; assist guests in emergencies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write in primary workplace language(s)
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours daily
• Lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently
