Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with company goals and target audience segments.
- Content Creation: Design and write compelling, personalized email content that drives engagement, conversions, and sales.
- List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure that emails are sent to the right audience, increasing open rates and engagement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTA buttons, and sending times to optimize performance and deliverability.
- Automation: Implement and manage automated email workflows, including welcome emails, drip campaigns, and transactional emails.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- CRM Integration: Work with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of email marketing with customer relationship management platforms.
- Compliance: Ensure email marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with email campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B email marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually compelling emails.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
