About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Sr. QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on RPA Testing using UiPath, to join our fully remote Quality Assurance team. This role requires proven expertise in testing RPA solutions built using UiPath, combined with solid black box testing skills across a variety of applications including web applications, mobile apps, websites, and Chrome extensions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our diverse software portfolio while working remotely. This is a remote position requiring flexibility to overlap with the US Eastern Time (EST) zone for a few hours daily.

Shift timing: 4.00 PM - 1.00 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically for RPA solutions built using UiPath, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of bots.
• Perform thorough black box testing for web applications, mobile applications, websites, and Chrome extensions, ensuring functionality, usability, compatibility, and responsiveness.
• Analyze complex RPA process requirements and application specifications to create detailed and effective test documentation.
• Validate data integrity and accuracy throughout automated workflows and within various application types.
• Identify, document, and track defects meticulously using standard defect management tools (e.g., JIRA), collaborating closely with developers and business analysts for timely resolution across all tested components.
• Participate actively in requirements analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with RPA Developers, Application Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Generate detailed testing reports, provide status updates, and communicate testing progress and issues effectively to the team and stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in Black Box Testing techniques.
• Experience in testing Web Applications and websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on RPA testing using UiPath.
• Proven track record in performing black box testing across diverse application types (web, mobile, extensions).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), and defect lifecycle.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Experience with SQL for database querying and data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
• Experience working in the US healthcare domain.
• Specific experience working with the eClinicalWorks EHR system.
• UiPath RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate).
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into CI workflows.
• Must be comfortable working with overlap of few hours in EST time zone.
• Immediate or early joiners (7-10 days) will be highly preferred.
