Job summary

Securitas USA seeks a Security Site Supervisor in Lake Grove, NY, to lead a high-profile security team at a busy Long Island retail destination. This full-time role offers an opportunity to gain leadership experience, stay active, and contribute to a safe environment.

Evening and weekend availability is required. You will supervise Officers, patrol the site, and manage incident reports, reports, and communication between management and security staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience required.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Active New York State Security Guard License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
• Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation.

Available Schedules

Option 1

• Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
