Network Support Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Timing: Tue-Sat: 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM OR 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST

Mode: WFH

Support Type: Remote

Must-Haves (Technical)

• Expertise & hands-on experience with creating new infrastructure from scratch
• Excellent working experience of LAN, WAN management, and network devices
• Linux Server installation, drivers installation, and configuration
• Network troubleshooting in both Windows and Linux environments
• Troubleshooting of WiFi Networks
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Perform network diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and SNMP
• Investigate security incidents and implement measures to mitigate risks
• Participate in on-call rotation to support network emergencies
• Experience managing complex network infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus
