Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Franklin, MA is seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in their homes. The role offers flexibility with short- and long-hour shifts, first- and second-shift options, and opportunities across weekdays and weekends.

As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping while following each client’s plan of care and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA. We’re looking for caring and dependable caregivers who are available for both short- and long-hour shifts and are ready to provide quality support to clients in their homes.
