Nurse Next Door is hiring for in-home caregiving roles in Woodside, CA. Start times are immediate, with part-time and full-time options and shifts including overnight. Earnings range from $23 to $26 per hour, with a focus on compassionate, personalized care in the client's home.

The role requires maintaining an active Home Care Aide registration in California, following Care Designer plans, and meeting scheduled training. Candidates should be able to commute to Woodside and relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Active home care aide registration with the State of Ca. Dept. of Social Services Home Care Services Bureau.
• Willingness to relocate to Woodside, CA before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Execute the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Help clients with ADLs within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks and meal planning.
• Perform household services including housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders as needed and report changes to the administrator.
• Record all hours worked and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive to appointments and errands when required.
• Participate in required training and maintain registration as required.

Job Description

Starts – Immediately

Part time / Full time | Overnight shifts available

$23 – $26 per hour

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Execute the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Help clients with their ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) that are within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
• Assisting clients with personal hygiene such as skin, mouth, hair care, bathing, and dressing.
• Meal planning and preparation
• Performing household services including housekeeping, laundry,
• Assisting clients with medications reminders which are ordinarily self-administered.
• Reporting changes in the client’s condition and needs to the administrator or care designer.
• Completing records regarding services performed.
• Driving to appointments or to run errands.
• Accurately records all hours worked.
• Remains alert throughout the shift in case client requires assistance, responds immediately to any such needs by providing the assistance required, or calling theCompany for guidance.
• Participating in all required entry-level and annual training requirements.
• Maintaining an active home care aide registration with the State of Ca. Dept. of SocialServices Home Care Services Bureau.
• Other duties as assigned by the administrator or designee.
