Role Summary:

We are seeking empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively influence the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being within the comfort of their homes.

Requirements and Skills:

• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if needed for client transportation).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals and aid with feeding
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful interactions.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Deliver personalized care tailored to clients' individual care plans.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being.
• Accompanied clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required.
• Document care provided and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
