Job summary

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking an experienced caregiver for a bedridden senior in the 77532 area. You will assist with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining dignity and safety.

This role requires reliability, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality in-home care. The position offers hourly compensation of $13–$16, with benefits focused on health, mental well-being, and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekend shifts.
• Ability to provide Tier 3 level care.
• 10+ years caregiving experience OR CNA certification.
• Experience caring for bedridden patients strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, hospitalty, or in-home care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with the care and daily needs of a bedridden client.
• Assist with mobility and repositioning as needed.
• Plan, prepare, cook, and serve meals.
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Report any changes in the client's condition.
• Act quickly and responsibly in the event of an emergency.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care at all times.

We have an immediate opening for a caregiver in the 77532 area. We are looking for someone who has a genuine heart and passion for caring for seniors.

The client is an older female whose family is seeking assistance with daily household and personal care needs, including laundry, light housekeeping, incontinence care, meal preparation, bathing, cooking, and companionship. The family also prefers a caregiver who has experience providing care for bedridden patients.

Salary: $13–$16 per hour, based on experience

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or an in-home care environment
