Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care for minor injuries and illnesses in urgent care.
• Efficiently triage and evaluate patients; communicate with clients and referral veterinarians.
• Stabilize patients requiring advanced care and coordinate transfers to specialty services as needed.
• Complete medical records, discharges, and referral reports using templates and workflows.
• Collaborate with emergency and specialty teams to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Engage in training and development of clinical team members.
• Work with set shift schedules to balance patient care and work-life balance.
