Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university and an active state license.
• DEA license and USDA accreditation or to be obtained on hire.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience; leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong communication and teamwork to lead a positive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care and client communication.
• Lead and mentor veterinarians and staff to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain a collaborative, team-based clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health values.
• Support medicine autonomy while leveraging clinic resources and business support.
