New Frontier Animal Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio, seeks an Associate Veterinarian – Urgent Care to join a dedicated team providing after-hours urgent care without overnight shifts. Flexible full-time, part-time, or relief options with a 4:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule and rotating weekends are offered to balance life and work.

Formación

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent required.
• Active Ohio veterinary license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear client communication.
• Interest in urgent care medicine and high-quality care.

• Commitment to practicing high-quality, compassionate medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent care patients.
• Develop diagnostic and treatment plans tailored to each case.
• Perform wound management, laceration repair, abscess treatment, sedation, and soft tissue procedures.
• Interpret digital radiographs and in-house lab results.
• Communicate clearly with clients and coordinate with referring veterinarians.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Help refine hospital protocols and contribute to hospital growth.
• Maintain patient records and ensure after-hours care efficiency.
