A thriving partner hospital in Fort Mill, SC is actively seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian (DVM) to join their experienced and compassionate team. Urgent Care Only – no wellness services or abdominal surgeries
No overnight shifts or critical ER cases

Dedicated support staff and low-stress culture
Located in Fort Mill, minutes from Charlotte, NC
Provide timely medical care for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions
Perform diagnostics, prescribe treatment, and stabilize patients
Communicate clearly with pet owners about diagnosis and next steps
Maintain thorough, accurate records in a cloud-based EMR system
Collaborate with the team to uphold medical excellence and efficiency
Mentor and support veterinary technicians through the LevelUp training program
DVM/VMD degree (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE)
Active or eligible veterinary license in South Carolina
1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
Proficient in small animal medicine and diagnostics
Team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about urgent care and delivering impactful medical treatment
Enjoys a team-driven, collaborative environment
Wants a flexible schedule without the stress of general practice or ER
Committed to continual learning and professional development
