Priority Pet Urgent Care in Spokane, WA is seeking DVMs at all career stages to help launch our brand-new clinic opening June 2027. We offer a flexible schedule with no overnight shifts and a strong team-focused culture dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with ability to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor others.

We offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts!

Our brand-new building and state of the art equipment will provide the space and tools needed to deliver best in service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. Most importantly, we provide our doctor partners medical autonomy since they are the experts in medicine, while we provide the support and business solutions based on their goals.

We offer our Veterinarians:

• Base salary of $125,000-150,000plus 22% monthly production. No negative accrual.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience

• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well.
