With special attention given to creating effective workflows, utilizing staffing and the latest, cutting-edge technology, you will have all the tools necessary to carry out your work effectively and maximise your earning potential. In addition to this, you will always be supported by 4-6 experienced veterinary associates so you can leave on time each day.

Promoting a healthy work-life balance, you will work 4x 10-hour shifts per week between the hours of 10am and 8pm. Weekend days are shared on a schedule and can be negotiable, so it works for you.

Bridging the gap between GP and Emergency, this urgent-care facility sees a diverse range of cases from allergic reactions, wounds/lacerations, dermatology issues, pain/limping concerns, respiratory problems, loss of appetite, to toxin ingestion and many more. You will have incredible career prospects in the future, should you want to pursue a career in senior leadership or if you want to develop your skills further in a certain area. Offering an incredible CE allowance, you will be encouraged to pursue your own clinical interests.

About You:

• You must hold a DVM Degree from an AVMA-accredited university
• You must have a Texas State License in good standing or have the ability to obtain one if you are relocating to the area
• You must be passionate about providing the highest level of care possible to pets and their parents
• Having fantastic communication skills, empathy, and compassion are essential
• Ideally, you will have some experience in urgent care or emergency cases previously however, primary care and new graduate candidates are also encouraged to apply
