UrgentVet - Ballantyne is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our urgent care team. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding patient care, assisting clinicians, and ensuring excellent client interactions in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates will have animal-handling experience, basic clinical skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling animals, including restraint and monitoring.
• Clinical skills such as phlebotomy and catheter placement.
• Ability to perform lab analyses and drug calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Support team leadership and provide excellent client service.
• Maintain the clinic in a clean, compliant state and assist with training on-site.
