Sign on bonus for external candidates Compensation Salary Range – Standard: $116,818.13 - $158,100.02 Salary Range – Float or Premium Center: $126,633.13 - $167,915.02

Urgent care Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu‑like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections. Functioning in lieu of or alongside of a physician, it is essential for an urgent care Advanced Practitioner to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary.
Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners
One (1) year of full‑time experience in Emergency Medicine or One (1) year of Urgent Care setting experience required. Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
National Certification Active state medical licensure
Work experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting preferred Applicable office procedures including but not limited to suturing, splinting, casting etc. Preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays required. Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting required. Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records Ability to be attentive with strong listening skills Strong communication and customer service skills
