Job summary

Duly Health and Care seeks an Urgent Care Tech to support ICC and Express Care teams in a fast-paced environment. You will assist nursing and medical staff, triage patients, and help deliver timely care.

The role requires EMT-Paramedic certification, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years in acute care with IV starts and phlebotomy. On-site location with varied shifts provides opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• EMT-Paramedic Certification required.
• CPR Certification, ACLS and PALS required.
• ITLS certifications a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an acute care environment.
• At least 1-2 years of experience starting IVs, drawing blood, and administering injections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care to ICC and Express Care patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Support nursing and medical staff under RN/PA/NP or physician direction.
• Triage patients and determine if care can be addressed at ICC or requires higher acuity.
• Perform venipuncture, IV insertion, vital signs, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Assist with suturing, dressings, and procedural setups as directed.
