Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking a skilled RN for our QuickCare Plus Urgent Care at Bronson Methodist Hospital. This part-time role covers 8am–8pm shifts, delivering comprehensive nursing care across the patient’s stay from admission to discharge.

You will apply the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, and document care and outcomes. Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and be licensed in Michigan; a BSN is preferred and must be pursued within 8 years of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred; must obtain BSN within 8 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and delegate appropriately.
• Document and communicate patient status and resource needs during each shift.
