In accordance with the mission of Wood Health Company and within the scope of the Ohio Board of Nursing, the Urgent Care RN/LPN/MA will provide clinical and administrative support in a Urgent Care setting under the supervision of the physician, manager/coordinator, and Nursing Supervisor. The role involves delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process within organizational standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Duties:

1. Assist physicians or providers with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments.
2. Document patient care observations and activities according to professional standards and procedures.
3. Administer routine injections under the supervision of a provider.
4. Respond promptly to patient phone calls and concerns.
5. Triages patient calls in accordance with office policy.
6. Obtain specimens (e.g., throat, urine, wound) using proper techniques and following labeling protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Required License/Certification:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing with a current license to practice as an RN in Ohio.
• LPN License.
• Certified or Registered MA.
