The position features a 0.6 FTE schedule with day and evening shifts, including every other weekend, and potential floating to other urgent care sites as needed. You will provide triage, assessment and care coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and collect and synthesize data to identify care needs.
• Implement and coordinate nursing plans and interventions according to evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes.
• Document nursing diagnoses, plans, and revisions in patient records.
