Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team. You will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, under the direction of on-site providers, with emphasis on triage, assessments and supportive procedures.

The role requires an active Indiana RN license, BLS certification, and 1–2 years in ambulatory/urgent care settings. Three 12‑hour shifts per week, weekends/holidays, and potential travel to other IU Health Urgent Care

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required per unit policy.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• Ambulatory/urgent care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, provide and assist in total patient care in collaboration with providers.
• Perform rapid patient triage, assessments and support procedures.
• Ensure accurate execution of medical orders and patient education.
