Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care in Hartford, CT seeks an experienced RN for fast-paced urgent care. You will perform assessments, treatments and procedures, communicating findings to providers while ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety.

Requirements include an active RN license, 5+ years in emergency/critical care, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and proficiency with IVs, EMR, and HIPAA compliance. Shift work includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in emergency department or critical care strongly preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• Proficiency with IV insertion, Foley catheter placement, IV fluid/medication administration.
• Experience with point-of-care testing and phlebotomy.
• Experience with EMR systems and HIPAA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting per protocols.
• Assess patient condition and communicate findings to treating provider.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support efficient clinic operations.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure positive patient experience.
