Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse for the AMG Westhaven Immediate Care in Wisconsin. This full-time position involves 30 hours per week across 5 shifts every two weeks, with benefits eligibility. The RN will provide high‑quality patient care, follow ANA ethics, and support a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities include nursing assessment, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. BLS and RN licensure required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/virtual modalities license compliance.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and safety culture to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs.
