Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for Urgent Care in Pahrump, Nevada. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and unit certifications (ACLS/PALS as needed). BSN preferred; new BSN graduates must pursue within five years. 40 hours per week; hourly pay range $41.20–$62.17.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Unit specific certification such as ACLS or PALS.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the interdisciplary team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care using assessment information and critical thinking.
• Direct and coordinate the care team to implement the plan and manage time and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise the care plan as needed.
• Promote the nursing profession and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
