Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Urgent Care setting. This day-shift role involves providing professional nursing services, administering medications, phlebotomy, and coordinating patient care under physician orders. The RN will ensure accurate documentation and support for a broad patient age range.

The position requires SC nursing licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within 12 months. Sign-on bonus available and a collaborative care team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• SC State Board of Nursing license required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services in urgent care setting per physician orders.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate care to patient populations from infants to geriatric adults.
• Administer medications and injections; perform phlebotomy; document care accurately.
• Assist physicians with procedures and coordinate patient care and education.
• Maintain compliance with nursing policies, safety standards and documentation requirements.
