Lexington Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our LH Northeast Urgent Care in Columbia, SC. This full-time role operates on an 8a-8p schedule, with AM/PM shifts, delivering comprehensive nursing care in a high-volume urgent care environment.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, perform health assessments, administer medications, document care, and support patient education while adhering to state nursing regulations and Lexington Health standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in South Carolina.
• ADN, Diploma, or BSN nursing degree required.
• New graduates may have limited qualifications depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient documentation and communication across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
• Support and educate patients and families regarding care and discharge.
