Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree Nursing
• Nurses hired after September 1, 2026, must sign ADN-to-BSN agreement and complete BSN by fifth anniversary

Responsibilities

• Meet work schedule and demonstrate leadership in the care team
• Coordinate health care services with hospital, vendors, and physician offices
• Triage calls and evaluate patient needs for appropriate care
• Provide patient/family education and teach-back methods
• Act as liaison between patient, family and health team members
• Adhere to hospital policies related to medication safety and workflows
