Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with multi-state or single-state licensure in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in ambulatory setting using nursing process.
• Performs preliminary patient assessment to guide follow-up with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates unstable/complex patient care situations and intervenes appropriately.
• Applies independent nursing judgment and collaborates with peers/management as needed.
• Educates patients and families; documents teaching and outcomes.
• Responds to treatment-related calls and completes required forms.
• Maintains competencies for the assigned unit/department.
