Job summary

UrgentVet Hospitals is seeking relief veterinarians to cover shifts at our UrgentVet Hospital. Weekday shifts are 3-11pm and weekend shifts are 10am-8pm, with operation 7 days a week.

No surgery or dentistry required; our clinics use cloud-based EMR, online queue, and provide after-hours care for canine and feline patients.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE).
• Active license in good standing to practice in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct operations in the clinic with professionalism and integrity.
• Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experience.
• Manage multiple patients and priorities within allotted timeframes.

No surgery or dentistry required at our hospitals. We are an urgent care clinic with cloud-based electronic medical records and an online queue system.

Our single-doctor shifvs offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia.
