Job summary

UrgentVet is seeking relief veterinarians to cover shifts at our UrgentVet Hospital in Liberty, MO. Weekday shifts run 3–11pm and weekends 10am–8pm, with seven-day, year-round operations. No surgery or dentistry required.

We operate as an urgent care clinic with cloud-based EMR and an online queue system. Ideal candidates will be DVMs with active Missouri licensure and leadership abilities, capable of handling multiple patients and prioritizing care under pressure.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from AVMA-accredited college required.
• Active license to practice in the state in good standing required.

• Promote the human–animal bond through exceptional client experience.
• Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes.
