Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in Indiana.
• ASN or BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required; other life support per unit may be required.
• 1+ year in ambulatory/urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate total patient care in collaboration with providers.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across care continuum.
• Perform direct patient care, triage in urgent care, and support procedures.
• Coordinate care to ensure timely and accurate administration of orders.
