Job summary

Ascension in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for our Urgent Care team. You will perform diagnostic imaging with precise positioning and settings while observing ALARA principles to minimize exposure.

You’ll monitor patients during procedures, manage contrast administration, and ensure imaging data is accurately labeled and uploaded to PACS for timely access by clinicians.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date; American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
• Cardiographic Tech credentialed from CCI, or ARRT Radiologic Technologist, or ARDMS Medical Sonographer prior to hire.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience; or Associate's/Technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-fidelity diagnostic images with proper patient positioning and technical adjustments.
• Adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.
• Monitor patient wellbeing and safely administer contrast during procedures.
• Label and upload imaging data to PACS for timely access by care teams.
