Job summary

American Family Care (AFC) is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Pace, FL to perform diagnostic X-ray exams and assist in urgent care operations. You’ll balance high‑quality imaging with clinical duties, including triage, labs, venipuncture and wound care when not imaging.

The role requires ARRT certification and current BLS, with 1+ year urgent care imaging preferred. Evenings and weekends are expected; you will work in a fast-paced setting with PPE and safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• ARRT cert, RT licensed in state where applicable.
• Current BLS certification required or in good standing.
• 1+ year urgent care/ER imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology (X-ray) exams following ALARA.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely care.
• Support MA clinical duties when not performing imaging.
• Assist with MR tasks like insurance verification and registration.
• Maintain equipment QC and compliance logs.
