Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our urgent care teams in New England. You will perform radiologic procedures, operate imaging equipment, and ensure patient safety and accurate documentation in EMR/PACS.

Ideal candidates have ARRT certification and 1–2 years of radiology/patient care, with BLS certification. You will collaborate with radiologists and contribute to high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required; CPR/ACLS online only not accepted.
• 1-2 years in radiology and patient care, preferably in urgent care or emergency settings.
• Compassionate, authentic, patient-focused; proactive communicator.
• Excellent team player with strong initiative and integrity.
• Technically savvy; able to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following ARRT protocols.
• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment with ALARA safety.
• Position patients for optimal imaging and document studies in EMR/PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation and coordinate outside imaging requests.
• Switch between RT and Medical Assistant duties as needed; triage patients with vital signs and histories.
• Provide lab and diagnostic testing and point-of-care screenings (e.g., strep, flu, urinalysis).
• Maintain clean exam rooms and ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping.
• Support onboarding and training for new clinic team members.
