Northeast Kingdom Human Services in Newport, VT is seeking an Urgent Care Program Manager to lead clinical and administrative operations at the Front Porch Urgent Care Center. You will supervise Front Porch staff, manage on-call schedules, and oversee program budgeting, policy oversight, and quality initiatives to expand services in the Newport area.

The role requires a Master’s degree and QMHP certification with 4+ years in mental health, strong supervisory skills, EMR audits, and reliable

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree and applicable experience, and willing to work towards Licensure (LCMHC).
• Must be State QMHP certified or gain certification within six months; CADC/LADC desirable but not required.
• At least 4 years mental health field experience at a professional level.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Pass background checks; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with adequate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Front Porch staff clinically and administratively.
• Audits and authorizes staff services in the EMR system, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Evaluates staff performance and reports on effectiveness.
• Reviews Urgent Care staff documentation to meet standards and deadlines.
• Assists in program budgeting and financial monitoring, overseeing state grants.
