WellSpan Health is seeking a Board Certified and experienced physician leader to serve as Medical Director for six Urgent Care practices in Franklin and Adams Counties. Acute care experience is required; leadership experience is preferred.

Position Highlights:

• Oversee 6 locations: Chambersburg, Shippensburg, Greencastle, Waynesboro, Gettysburg, and Hanover
• Role is 50% clinical and 50% administrative
• Train new APPs in the WellSpan urgent care model
• Assist with orientation of new providers
• Conduct chart reviews, corrective actions, and performance reviews
