Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
• Washington license active in good standing by start date.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Open clinics 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Float pool staffing with potential location changes.
• Suturing, splinting, minor office procedures and x-ray reads.
• Treat patients of all ages and practice autonomously.
