Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Massachusetts is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join its clinical practice.

The role collaborates with multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality patient care within the PCMH model. Candidates must be MD or DO, board-certified in Family Med, Emergency Med, or Med/Peds, have completed a Family Medicine/Med-Peds/Emergency Medicine Residency, and be proficient in urgent care procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med/Peds within 1 year of residency completion.
• Completion of an FM, Med/Peds, or EM Residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical care for acute medical problems and acute exacerbations of chronic illnesses.
• Examinations, diagnosis, orders diagnostics, interprets results, and implements treatment plans.
• Provides care across all ages, including infants and pregnant patients.
