Job summary

Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care in Houston, TX seeks Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners for per diem coverage in the South Region. Providers will manage urgent care and emergency medicine cases for adults and children, perform minor procedures, read EKGs and X-rays, and maintain excellent patient communication.

Requires PA degree, national certifications, and active state licensure, with 2+ years of full-time urgent care or ED experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years full-time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult populations.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Bachelor’s Degree required for Physician Assistants.
• National certifications; Active state medical licensure.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.
