Job summary

CRH Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Peachtree Immediate Care in Carrollton, Georgia. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, managing chronic conditions, and performing minor procedures. Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree in Physician Assistance, at least 2 years of experience, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Physician Assistant is required.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.

• Manage episodic and chronic conditions as the sole advanced practice provider.
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair and orthopedic splinting.

• Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, noon-call, and limited weekends.
• Clinics are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual.
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Physician Assistant is required
• Master’s degree (Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license required
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
• Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
• Respect and autonomy in decision-making
• Team-based approach to patient care.
• ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed)
