The partnership provides patients with greater access to innovative urgent care through state-of-the-art technology and unique patient access tools, such as online registration and appointment scheduling. WEEKEND WARRIOR OPPORTUNITY DETAILS : Join our Weekend Warrior program tailored for highly adaptable and experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in Nassau County! Our Weekend Warriors work 24 hours and receive pay at 32 hours . This is a benefit & bonus-eligible position (receive health and retirement benefits plus our monthly and quarterly bonuses – see additional details below). Candidates committing to this role must be prepared to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and exhibit flexibility by being available for any of the following shift options :

• Two12-hourshifts on the weekend (Sat / Sun)
• Three8-hourshifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Three8-hourshifts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday

Flexibility is integral to this role, as the finalized schedule will be based on operational needs. Candidates should be ready to adapt and work within any of these shift patterns. Key Responsibilities :

• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages, 6 months old and up)
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments / medications.
• Collaborative work environment with the opportunity to work with a dedicated Scribe at our busier centers.
• Work in state-of-the-art centers that are beautiful, patient-friendly and equipped with advanced technology, including an integrated EMR (EPIC).
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and / or Paramedics for support.

Qualified Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners can earn an est. annual compensation ranging from $113,152 to $162,905+.

Minimum Qualifications :

• PA / NP : 1 year of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required
